Timeline: Six Major Battles
- 58 B.C-The Romans broke into the tribes camp. Killed and captured 238000 men. The Helvetii surrendered.
- 58 B.C-Battle of Vosges- Defeated the German Suebi when the Gallic tribes appealed for help.Captured the Suebi and killed/wounded 6,000 of its men. Secured the German Border.
- 57 B.C-Battle of Sabis River- Nervii surrendered. Romans went on to defeat the Atuatuci.
- 56 B.C-Battle of Morhiban- Venetii surrendered. Caesar beheaded some and the rest sold as slaves.
- 52 B.C-Battle of Gregovia- 1st loss. Roman lost the battle to Vercentogix. Reinforced the Romans drive to beat Vercentogix.
- 52 B.C-Battle of Alesia- Gallic Leader Vercentogix surrendered.
